Yes. There is no catch. If your ProTuff pool net EVER isn't up to snuff (or even lost or stolen), submit a simple, 2-min automated online claim. We'll send a new net or part absolutely free, or we'll reimburse your full original purchase price.
How do I know you'll be around when I need you to fulfill on that promise?
We've been offering this same promise for nearly a decade, and we're still going strong. If it hasn't already taken us down, it's not likely to anytime in the near future. We plan on being here when you need us.
Do you cover wear as a result of standard usage?
Absolutely! We've custom selected our nylon netting for the perfect degree of durability vs performance to assure that you get more cleaning action with less effort, but also for maximum life. When your net finally dies, though, we'll replace it.
